The Great Room
At the center of the home is a breathtaking 1,000-square-foot great room — a dramatic yet welcoming space with soaring 28-foot vaulted ceilings and a full curtain wall of glass framing an unobstructed view of Arkansas Mountain. Natural light pours in by day, while at night the mountains fade into silhouette and the stars take over the sky.
A large wood-burning stove anchors the room with warmth and glow, perfect for cozy winter evenings. Settle into the oversized sectional sofa — comfortably seating up to ten guests — and enjoy music or movie nights on the 55-inch TV with immersive Dolby surround sound.
The space is alive with nature, art, and greenery, including a stunning cactus garden, 25-year-old jade plants, graceful orchids, and a magnificent 17-foot bougainvillea that climbs the stairwell and often blooms in vibrant color.
Just beyond, a handcrafted locally made dining table seats up to twelve beneath 30 feet of floor-to-ceiling glass, overlooking the year-round creek and towering pines. Whether you’re gathering for meals, conversation, creativity, or stillness, the Great Room is an unforgettable place to experience the rhythm of the mountains.

Outdoor Living & Spa Sanctuary
Step outside onto a sweeping wraparound hardwood deck that flows directly from the kitchen, living room, and office suite — a seamless extension of the home into the forest and mountains beyond. Framed by pines and open sky, this elevated space is designed for connection, relaxation, and slow evenings under the moon and stars.
Dine outdoors at one of two custom-crafted 12-person steel and hardwood tables — perfect for long communal meals surrounded by nature. After dinner, gather on the expansive 12-person sectional sofa set around a sculptural gas fire pit, where you can watch the night sky glow and the mountains fade into silhouette.
Just steps away, immerse yourself in a handmade Japanese cedar insulated soaking tub — a deeply restorative experience year-round — or enjoy the seasonal outdoor shower available spring through fall. The wellness experience continues with a stunning 6–8 person cedar barrel sauna featuring a panoramic glass wall and a powerful HUUM stone heater, offering sweeping mountain views as you unwind in total privacy.
This thoughtfully designed outdoor sanctuary blends luxury, craftsmanship, and wilderness — creating an atmosphere that feels both grounding and unforgettable.

Primary Suite
Step into a serene mountain sanctuary. The Primary Suite features soaring vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 55-inch smart TV for winding down at the end of the day. Soft ambient lighting — including illuminated built-in shelving — creates a warm, relaxing glow throughout the room. A king-size organic latex mattress ensures a deeply restorative sleep, complemented by blackout shades for complete privacy.
Wide reclaimed hardwood floors, salvaged from an old tobacco barn, ground the space in natural beauty. Large windows frame sweeping mountain views, with subtle outdoor lighting that keeps the landscape visible even after dark. The ensuite Moroccan Tadelakt bathroom feels like a private spa, complete with a two-person soaking tub and abundant natural light. A full-length mirror and walk-in closet complete this thoughtfully designed retreat.

Guest Bedroom
Designed for calm and comfort, the Guest Bedroom offers a queen-size bed with premium linens in a beautifully appointed 120-square-foot space. Large windows look out onto the mountains, inviting in daylight and scenery — while blackout shades allow you to fully darken the room whenever you wish. Simple, elegant design and warm natural tones make this a peaceful place to recharge.

Chef’s Kitchen
The heart of the home is a beautifully designed chef’s kitchen — a space created for slow cooking, shared meals, and unforgettable gatherings. Anchored by a waterfall concrete island and custom cabinetry, the kitchen features a Wolf induction cooktop, Bosch ultra-silent dishwasher, and a Bosch convection and steam oven combination for professional-level cooking and baking. A brand-new 32-inch Thermador refrigerator and freezer provide ample storage, while the oversized farmhouse sink makes prep and cleanup effortless.
Every detail feels intentional and elevated — from the handcrafted finishes to the generous countertop space designed for cooking together. And perhaps the most extraordinary element: all of the water in the home flows from a 300-foot artesian well, sourced directly from the Indian Peaks Wilderness. It’s naturally pure, mineral-rich, and some of the cleanest water you’ll ever drink — an experience that truly defines life at Rusty Skillet Ranch & Day Spa.

Master Bath
The master bath is a beautifully crafted spa-inspired space featuring hand-finished Moroccan Tadelakt plaster walls that meet honed Italian marble tile — a subtle, earthy luxury you can both see and feel. A spacious walk-in shower provides a calming retreat, while the floating vanity keeps the room feeling open and architectural. Slate flooring grounds the space in natural texture, creating a refined, serene environment for unwinding and refreshing during your stay.

Rich wood cabinetry pairs beautifully with classic hex tile walls and deep stone tile in the shower, creating a space that feels both grounded and refined. A glass-enclosed tub and shower combination offers flexibility and comfort, while the streamlined vanity and vintage-inspired mirror add subtle character and charm.
Natural light filters in to enhance the textures and materials, resulting in a calm, inviting bathroom that feels elevated, intentional, and quietly luxurious.

This flexible space can comfortably accommodate between one and three queen-size beds, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. At just $100 extra per night it is ideal fro larger groups.
