We believe that luxury and sustainability go hand in hand. Our home is professionally cleaned and carefully maintained year-round: ✔ Twice a year, we steam clean the carpets and furniture, wash the windows, and oil the decks to keep every space in pristine condition. ✔ We exclusively use unscented, natural cleaning products for a fresh, toxin-free environment. ✔ Every sink and shower is stocked with Pangea Organics and Alpine Provisions amenities for an indulgent, eco-conscious experience.

The home was designed to be a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of life. Step into relaxation with a custom Japanese cedar 6-person soaking tub and unwind in the western cedar barrel sauna, complete with a Scandinavian Olivine heater. A panoramic glass window frames breathtaking views of the lush, grassy mountains enveloping the property. Outside, an inviting outdoor dining area awaits, featuring locally-crafted steel and hardwood table and benches. The deck, crafted from sustainable Batu hardwood, extends gracefully over a crystal-clear creek fed by the pure waters of the Indian Peaks glacial melt, ensuring a scenic backdrop in every season. The Rusty Skillet blends rustic charm with modern luxury. Walk on floors of reclaimed hardwood from a tobacco barn, adding a rich history to the space. The walls are hand-plastered, creating a warm, artisanal feel, while professional accent lighting throughout the home enhances the ambiance. All pricing for this home is for 4 guests. Additional guests will be charged a fee of $50 per person up to 8 guests. If you would like to bring a larger group or would like more spread out sleeping arrangements we can offer the lower level at a cost of $100 per night which includes a den with a living area, fireplace, and up to three queen-size beds as well as use of the washer and dryer. If you do not choose to add this to your reservation it will remain unoccupied.
