The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 beds, with the option to add the lower-level den for larger groups or more spacious sleeping arrangements. All base pricing includes 4 guests. Additional guests are $50 per person, up to 8 guests. For groups larger than 6 or for those who prefer more privacy, you may add the lower level for $100 per night. This space includes a cozy den with a living area and fireplace, access to a washer and dryer, and room for up to three queen-size beds. If this option is not added to your reservation, the lower level will remain unoccupied and locked.
